Welcome to KIJI-SEO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KIJI-SEO platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using KIJI-SEO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using KIJI-SEO, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
KIJI-SEO is a Japanese SEO intelligence platform that provides:
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and analyze data. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or require human review before publication.
You may not share your account credentials with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent service limits, or transfer your account to another party without our consent.
KIJI-SEO offers subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) with varying article quotas and features. Plan details and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Payment is processed through Stripe using the payment method you provide.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan upon renewal.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal date. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before renewal.
Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription, including consumption tax (Japan), VAT (EU), or other applicable taxes based on your location.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
Refunds will not be provided in cases of account termination due to Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service.
To request a refund, contact support@kijiseo.com with your account email and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

KIJI-SEO uses artificial intelligence to generate articles and SEO analysis. AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
While we strive to produce high-quality, factually accurate content with proper citations, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The AI may occasionally produce content that contains factual errors, outdated information, or inappropriate statements.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publication or use. You should fact-check important claims, verify citations, and ensure the content meets your quality standards and legal requirements.
AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice. You should consult qualified professionals for matters requiring expert guidance.
KIJI-SEO is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use or reliance on AI-generated content. You assume all risk associated with using, publishing, or distributing content generated through our Service.
The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, logos, trademarks, and all related content, is owned by KIJI-SEO and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of subscription fees, you own the articles and reports generated for your account. You may use, modify, publish, and distribute this content for your business purposes.
You may not claim ownership of the underlying AI models, algorithms, or technology used to generate content. The structure, formatting, and methodology of our SEO analysis remain our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of all keywords, descriptions, and other inputs you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that the inputs you provide do not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws. You represent that you have all necessary rights to use the keywords and topics you submit.
While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important content. We recommend downloading and storing your generated articles.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIJI-SEO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
KIJI-SEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KIJI-SEO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that harms us or other users. We may also terminate accounts with 30 days' notice for any reason.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. You should export any content you wish to retain before your account is closed. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kyoto, Japan, conducted in Japanese or English as mutually agreed.
For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kyoto, Japan.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website, updating the "Last Updated" date, and, for significant changes, notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KIJI-SEO regarding the Service.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
